This is dark urban fantasy set in and around greater Tucson and southeast Arizona. The stories follow young women who were trafficked, abandoned, and left to die in the Sonoran dirt. Some of them didn’t stay dead.

They didn't ask to be what they are. They didn't get a mentor, a manual, or a welcome. They got hunger, instinct, and the choice between becoming a monster or something harder to define. The Coyotes work for the Cartel. The Cartel wants its cargo back. The desert doesn't care either way.

This is not a romance. The vampires are not tortured aristocrats in Victorian drawing rooms. They are survivors who woke up with teeth and a debt they didn’t sign for, operating in the borderlands between Tucson and the Mexican border, where predators already run in every direction.
